Unable to buy - restricted!
Hi all. No idea why I have been restricted to buy. Just happened. All items I have bought are paid for no. No issues with any sellers. I am scratching my head. I am also unable to add a new card to pay along with the current ones, unable to 'chat' and unable to change any details on my account. Really unsettling and totally inconvenient. Any help appreciated on this. thank you

Mentor10 months agoSuggest --- Not bought or sold for more than a year and there have been a number of changes when now using eBay --- possible that a sudden flurry of purchases over the last month has alerted eBay and is triggering buying limits as below --- updating account and having a payment method on file often helps >
