Unable to Add Tracking
I seem to be unable to add tracking details to an order for the 2nd time this week not only that I can’t even change the status to dispatched

Mentor3 weeks agoThe only thing worth knowing if using your own tracking, if buyer opened a not received case, you would be an le to enter your tracking to prove delivery.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf it was a simple delivery item and you purchased your own label from elsewhere then you won't be able to add or change the status of the order. eg dispatched.
