Unable to add new listing

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

I have started a new listing. I have filled out all the mandatory section/details in order to list the new item but when I press continue nothing happens. The listing is currently saved under 'Draft' section and I am unable to move it under the 'Listing' section. Please help.
