Unable to add bank account for payout
Summary: ja83349 is having trouble updating their bank account details for receiving payouts on eBay. Hi i sold something on ebay but when i try to add bank account to get payout ots saying cant be charged for seller fees or something and its asking me if im a sole account holder holder im not its a joint with my wife and its just saying “your consent was cancelled “ when i try ti add an other bank account any idea ? Thank you i tried different browsers diff Computer tried to cancel
Original bank account i added but it wint let me u til i add a new one and i cant seem to add a new one 😅

Mentor1 month agoThe bank account must exactly match the name of the eBay registered account holder, you can't use a joint bank account. I suspect that this may be the problem.
