UK Postage with Sufficient insurance for item worth£15000.00
Am a UK based private seller and want to sell a luxury item within UK only, not international, with a value of £15,000.00. Can anyone please suggest which courier/delivery service I should use because eBay’s options don’t offer enough cover? Thanks!

Mentor4 months agoSomeone like secursus would cover it I believe, but in all honesty I wouldn't be putting something of that value on eBay, you are opening yourself up to lose the item and monies.
Something of that value would be better in a local auction house, its then their responsibility for potential packing etc and insurance.

Mentor4 months agoYou will need to do your own research and you won't be required to use Ebay's options.
Apart from vehicles, which have no buyer protection, I don't know anyone who would risk selling something of that value on a site that sides with the buyer 99% of the time.
