Uk bidders are not able to make a bid on my items ?

Buyers are unable to bid on my items as they keep getting an error message unable to post to UK , they are all uk based .my items are just about to end .Is this an Ebay glitch ?

Thank you for your post.

A ticket is open with our tech team for this and its currently being worked on to resolve. While the ticket remains open some users have confirmed they are no longer getting the error message when trying to bid. Buyers can refresh the page to try the bid again.

Someone else has posted about this and were told by CS that yes it is a temporary eBay glitch.

However, there's also an intermittent bug to do with addresses.

eBay say a delivery address must not exceed 39 characters including spaces on any line.

Even if your address doesn't exceed that try shifting the format around, such as moving just the road name to the second line, then save as a "new address".

Might be worth explaining this to any buyer facing this issue, it may help.

Yeah got a few bike parts listed , it works for me when i click view listings .

Anyway this is a nightmare , lots of people messaging me about this problem , my items are ending on 99p with one bid which was early in the aucton . im unable cancel with little time left unless i sell to the only bidder for the current price of 99p .

Is there a phone number so i can speak to someone on ebay .
