Two Parcels lost in transit and trying to contact Ebay is problematic at best
Two recent purchases have gone missing with their respective couriers..
German purchase using UPS, lost in their system from 15th January and UPS will not mark the parcel lost despite agreeing its probably lost in an email chasing them. Seller appears lethargic and no tangible response about chasing UPS. Ebay keep pushing back the delivery date assessment thereby, not allowing me to mark the package as not received.Â
Â
Second parcel is domestic UK supplied and courier is tracked Royal Mail..
Parcel should have been delivered on the 17th January and last tracking note shows its at a regional hub but 5 days later, no movement. Postman has checked local delivery office and contacted regional hub and was told it's probably lost. Again, Ebay keep pushing back delivery date assessment not enabling me to initiate the money back guarantee.

There is no way to contact Ebay over this, their systems lock you down? Has anyone an email address / telephone number to contact Ebay as I am over £600 out of pocket with no goods and going around in circles...

Mentor6 months agoI have no idea why the date for opening a case for item not received keeps being pushed back, once ' lost' just one full day needs to pass the item's last estimated date for delivery, to be able to open that case! 🤔

Contact Customer Services, it's not easy as there's no direct link any more, but with perseverance you do get through to a ' human' but only contact CS on a weekday at 8 a.m. when their lines for live agents open and there's more chance of Dublin answering, I would only speak to them, it's a Call Back system. There is no email or telephone number for these matters .

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

You have to scroll past ' How Can We Help you today, to the very bottom and click on the Contact Us below Need More Help?
Â
That takes you to an annoying AI bot but if you persevere keep asking questions it cannot answer and Insist on an agent, they do finally put you through and say .... waiting time ** minutes!

Mentor6 months agoeBay always go by the last possible estimated delivery date on the listing.   We have no direct email address or phone number for customer services you have to try to get through via the help link.Â
