Two items one postage
My buyer has bought two separate items in one transaction. I have one postage label. Can I print the same label and use it twice? The items are fragile and due to weight also need to be sent separately .

Mentor6 months agoOne label means you're supposed to send together in one parcel. If the weight takes them over the price bracket the best thing to do is cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list). Then relist, either both together on one listing with correct postage, or separately again and ask the buyer to stagger the purchases so ebay don't combine them.
