Two item sold with one shipping label.

Hi I hope someone can help. I recently listed two identical items for sale and they were purchased by the same person so I placed them in the same parcel and as this parcel was still until the desired weight I only used one of my shipping labels.

My question is that since I only used the one label. Will I be able to receive the money for both items as only one item will be registered as delivered?

I hope someone can answer this for me.

Open the unused label to mark the item as dispatched then add the tracking number to the extra item at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow. That has to be done on a desktop browser.

If the buyer paid for the unused label the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.
