Hi, I find I have two accounts. One I have had since 2004 with 100% feedback. I don’t sell often so don’t check all the time. Today I notice that I have two accounts and on one that I have had since 2021? I had a negative feedback to something that never arrived. I actually sold that item and was put on my 2004 account only. How would this happen? Both accounts are linked and if anyone can help with this quandary I would be most appreciative.
