Two accounts
It appears I have two accounts with two different usernames and I can't access one of them and a seller is trying to refund me an item that cannot be delivered on it. Any advice?

OP2 weeks agoThanks, but it's not finding the username and it's through the same email address, so just going to the account that I didn't buy item through

Mentor2 weeks agoYou cannot have the same email address for separate accounts. Impossible.
Did you buy the item as a guest then?

Mentor2 weeks agoYou can switch between accounts. Log out then click to log in again, you'll see the log in fields and a small text link which says "switch account".
Use that and you can then put in the eBay ID and password of the account you wish to access.
