TV power board
Sony TV power board sold to customer. Customer complained to eBay that it wasn't working although fully tested as working before dispatch. Received board today and tested board and working correctly with all voltages present. Obviously the customer wrongly identified the board that had failed. It was most likely a main board issue.
Is it fair that I've had to pay the buyers cost of returning board to me?

Mentor1 week agoFair is not an ebay concept. You can report the buyer but that's all.

Mentor1 week agoYou can try and appeal the decision for the refund though I'll admit it's not easy.
