Hi I bought a tv last year now is broken it had 5 years warranty what I need to do ?

Resolve it with the seller, or claim under the warranty if you can. Unfortunately warranties offered for items sold on eBay are often worthless. eBay's own money back guarantee only lasts for 30 days, so they will not get involved.
Depending upon the date of payment your payment provider e.g. credit or debit card issuer may be able to help, but their time limit will probably be around 120 days.
Or of course there is the online small claims court procedure, if the amount of money involved makes this worthwhile and the seller is a UK registered business seller.
