eBay have a 30 days returns window, and if you pay with a debit or credit card you'd get 120 days to issue a chargeback, but past that you're on your own.
Any guarantee offered by any seller anywhere is only ever going to be as good as your ability to enforce it if required, and I believe that you'll find that you can't.
