Trying to speak to a real person re a lost Royal Mail package .
I sold a shirt on the 8th June and used eBay's Royal Mail simple delivery. The item never arrived but the buyer won’t initiate the ‘item not received’ section and as a result I’m out of pocket by not receiving funds from the sale of the item. Royal Mail lost the item but I have to go via eBay but finding it so difficult to find a contact number.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
