Trying to select collection option
Hi,
I've currently selected Evri drop off but as the parcel is too big they won't take it. Been advised to select collection but the order is already showing 'dispatched'. How can I change to collection? I don't mind paying extra postage.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou cannot change it to collection as the item is sold, beside if the buyer came to collect now, they would not have a collection code, this is the only proof you have when entered, that the item has been collected.
If you're happy to pay the extra postage just take it to your PO and pay for over the counter postage.
Be aware, you cannot now add any new tracking, eBay suggest sending the buyer a message with those tracking details. If a case is opened later for item not received, you will be able to add those tracking details.
A refund is sent to whoever paid for the unused SD label:
If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days
If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
Your payout may be held for a minimum of 14 days.
