Mentor4 months agoTo do a return you must open a suitable Return case and get it accepted by seller.
Have you opened a return case?

OP4 months agoarrangements. It then came up with "estimated refund" but I was unable to
send it on any further...just going round in circles!!

Mentor4 months agoIf possible use a desktop rather than the app. If still no luck contact ebay and they should be able to open a case for you. You can ask them to ring you here:
