Trying to return an item, always get "Something went wrong"
Hi. I bought three items from one seller in one order but they're fakes. I want to return them all but it made me do them separately. I've got two processed but whenever I try to start the process for the third I get the "Something went wrong.  It's not you, it's us. Please go back and try again."  This has been going on since this morning.

is there a limit to the number of items that can be processed, or is there any advice you can give?

OP10 months agoebay customer service have been able to process the third item and provided me with the label, very helpful 🙂
