trying to get a response from ebay regarding a refurbished purchase that has failed
I purchased a refurbished dishwasher for a holiday home in september, so it is still under guarantee. The item has a fault, which was only apparent at Easter, when the home was used. I've had a ping pong dialogue with the seller, who's insisting I return the dishwasher at my expense including insurance!

It may well be in their terms and conditions that you are responsible for returning the item when you claim under the refurbished guarantee.
As advised, you need to locate the email you should have got from the seller when you bought the item.

Mentor3 months agoIf the dishwasher was an eBay guaranteed refurbished item you would have received an email after paying telling you about the refurbished guarantee and how to claim.
