Trying to get a refund on an item purchased as a guest that has been delivered to the wrong address.

I accidentally purchased something as a guest instead of through my account, as I was sent a link. The item has been delivered to the incorrect address and now I can’t seem to get a refund. It does not show on my eBay account and when I try to go through the link on the order email it shows but then when I click on it it just says something went wrong. I can’t get to speak to anyone at eBay as it just keeps sending me to the ai and the seller has said I. Need to take it up with eBay. I am trying to any ideas?

Bear in mind that seller will not know you as annieevans104, in case you tried using that ID when opening a not received case. If wrongly delivered it should eventually be returned to seller.
It is also possible that even though wrongly delivered, tracking shows as delivered.
