Trying to contact eBay support: a listing sold, but still shows as Live with Bids in my seller hub

I'm trying to find an actual person to assist and not a robot. I sold a listing via Offer several weeks ago:
buyer sends an offer for an item that is in an auction listing
I accepted the offer
buyer does not pay immediately, spends 48hrs messaging about postage before paying
in this gap, someone else bids on the item (somehow!)
buyer (offer) pays, I ship the item
the listing is still showing as Live in my seller hub, with a single bid, and no 'end time'. I can't 'end' the listing because the system gives me an error and can't find the item
I have a random, invisible to anyone but my seller hub, listing with 1 bid on it, and no end date.
Who do I contact to sort this out?
