Trying to contact buyers who send offers

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

I have recently missed two offers from buyers for an item. Is there anyway to contact these buyers to ask them to submite their offers again?

Find the offer in your eBay messages, click on the buyer's username ID, should bring you to a page where it says Contact Member link on the right.

Send them a message explaining if they're still interested, to send in the Best Offer again, and you will accept.

Unfortunately not, when I click on the member profile, there is no option to contact.

Use a laptop / PC and try Chrome, don't use the app or mobile browser.

It may take a few clicks around pages appear different depending on the device and browser you're using.

If you still have the offer in your messages, can you not send another message through there?

There should be option SEND A MESSAGE.
