Trying to appeal a Decision

I am unable to find the closed without seller resolution tab in my cases. EBay have made a decision that I have to except the return so I am trying to appeal

If you look at sold items, it will show which item case was opened for, then click on details. If you explain what type of case buyer opened and why you want to appeal we can advise.

When I get to the seller hub there are no cases listed. How do I find them to appeal

More details would be useful, such as what grounds do you have for an appeal?

It is extremely unlikely that you would win an appeal, but by getting ebay involved you now have a defect on your account which can be very damaging.

Suggest you look at your seller dashboard.

You can only appeal a decision if eBay have made one and closed the claim in the buyers favour. If this is the case, the 'appeal' button will show in the case details.

At what point in the case process are you? Is the case closed?
