Trying to advertise something that needs to be posted as a large parcel and Simple Delivery doesn't offer that option and I can't get round it.
I'm trying to list something that is over 61cms long and so would need to be sent as a large parcel (Royal Mail definition) and my listing is stuck on the Simple Delivery option only and this only goes up to Medium Parcel size. How do I get around this?

Mentor2 weeks agoTurn off Royal Mail temporarily and turn on DHL and EVri they both take larger parcels.

OP2 weeks agoThanks for the advice. Silly thing is, Royal Mail also take large parcels, but not in eBay's world!

Mentor2 weeks agoI know they do, under the guise of parcelforce, but the issue is post offices can't process them, (or rather not all of them only mains & crowns)
