Trusted device
Hi 4 weeks ago I got anew phone I’ve used it loads of times , but still eBay treat it as a new device , I have to keep putting in a code every time I use it, even this morning in the post office while getting QR code, then it comes up trusted device! If that wasn’t enough I then get an email about a new device being used! This is driving me mad! It’s only on my iPad , which I’m using, is everything normal. Unless this is sorted, I’m gonna stop using the phone for eBay and just use my iPad.

If you click here, you can add your device as a trusted device, and then this should stop this. However, the 2 factor authentication system might still be triggered every now and then due to safety and privacy reasons.
