Trouble with post location

I have just sold an item to a buyer but they are saying that it does not ship to their location. Even though I have global shipping active with no restrictions and I sold to them last week with no issues

I can see that you have the GSP active on that listing, but if it's the US then your buyer will see this when they check the postage price and method to the US:

Check item description or contact seller for postage options.

So, they won't be able to pay. Is there an option there for you to send them an invoice featuring your own postage to the US?

I cannot see any reference to Global shipping on your listings, and without proper postage being quoted buyer cannot pay.
