Mentor3 weeks agoI cannot give an answer to your issue, but all I can say is that you are not alone, as there are many reports of this coming through.
To date nothing from eBay presume they know of the issue but no timeline of it being solved.

Mentor3 weeks agoJust to add I have seen a Community manager has confirmed it is a known issue, eBay are aware and working on a fix!
