Trouble processing funds - Need help!

Hi everyone,
I originally started my account in Australia, however now live in the UK.
All the setting changes have been made to the UK, including address and bank details. I have also logged onto the Australian eBay site and made corrections.
When I attempt process my funds from sales I get the following messages - Your payment information is not available on international eBay sites. To view and update this information, please go to Payments on the AU site.
I have already done this. I have tried to speak with chat assistant but something seems to be lost in translation.
Any idea in how I can process my funds?

MentorAug 15, 2026 at 8:17 PMNo longer possible to transfer Account details between Country sites --- as advised, needs a newly UK Registered account with valid UK based Banking details and UK Addresses.

i cannot see how your account can be shown as in the UK, but editing in Australia. A UK bank will not be suitable for an account in Australia.
Did you actually manage to transfer your Australian Account to ebay UK as I understood this was not possible, and a new account had to be opened.
