Tram king item
Hi I bought a watch on the 3 of September and wanted to get it authenticated ,the buyer has sent it and on the 6th of September it arrived in greenford but I haven’t had an update since and the tram king has stopped aswell .
Has anyone had this issue before ,EBay aren’t getting back to me and not sure what to do

OP2 weeks ago9-16 but eBay answered me it seems the Royal Mail might have lost it and need to investigate

Go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you have opened a case for item not received you will have to wait until ebay do their 'investigation' which is probably because they are on the hook for the refund. Don't let the case time out though.
