Hello,
This is Mothers Cosmetic, the headquarters of the Dr.esthe brand.
We have recently confirmed that Dr.esthe products are being sold without authorization on eBay Shopping Korea and the UK eBay site.
We would like to ask whether it is possible to have these listings removed by submitting a trademark infringement claim for the Dr.esthe brand, or by proceeding through our legal representative.
The seller is also using our product thumbnail images and detailed product page images without authorization.
We currently have an official overseas distributor, but these unauthorized sales are taking place in multiple countries, which is causing difficulties in conducting our business.
There are approximately 40 additional listings besides the above.
Please advise us on what actions we can take to address this matter, including how to report the trademark infringement, unauthorized use of images, and unauthorized sale of Dr.esthe products.
