I need some advice regarding my eBay account.

Around 6 months ago, I received an order, shipped it successfully, and it was delivered. I still have the tracking information, but unfortunately I was unable to add the tracking number because I became seriously ill and stopped using my eBay account for around 4 months.

I recently logged back in and created a few new listings. Shortly after that, my account became restricted, showing: “We need more information to verify your account.”

I contacted eBay support, and they told me my account is considered “at risk.” It seems this may be related to that old order where tracking was not added.

The problem is that I cannot add the tracking now because the option is no longer available. I also cannot contact the buyer because the buyer’s phone number and contact details/address are no longer visible after so many days. I cannot even message the buyer because my account is currently restricted.

However, I still have the original tracking number and proof that the order was shipped and delivered.

Has anyone experienced this situation? Is there any way to submit the tracking/proof of delivery to eBay and get the account restriction reviewed?
