Tracking. Something went wrong. Please try again later.
Ive sold two things over the past month and had to message the buyer the tracking details. when I try add tracking to the item, I type in the number and select the courier and press save. im then presented with a red exclamation and the words 'Something went wrong. Please try again later.' Ive tried each day and still cant get it to save.
I think this is also causing ebay to withhold money as it says dispatch is overdue.
Please help

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you don't buy postage through ebay, you can't tracking.
You will have to wait 14 days for payment.
