Tracking shows delivered to Post Office and signed for
Summary: wjp.ltd sold an item on eBay, and although it was delivered to the buyer's local post office and signed for, eBay does not show it as delivered. The buyer confirmed receipt over eBay chat, but official confirmation is lacking as Royal Mail cannot provide further details. tobiasd4 responded that payment would be made after 14 days.

I sold an item on ebay and tracking shows delivered to their local post office (with signature of someone who works at the post office on 3rd September) however i know the buyer has collected the item as he has confirmed he is happy with it over ebay chat. Ebay does not show the item as delivered though. The PO was the buyers nominated collection point.
i called royal mail and they can only see that it was signed for by the PO and cant help me get any further confirmation the buyer has it, you can't call local PO's anymore either.
Will ebay update delivery after a specific time has elapsed? It was also high value so i think they keep my funds for longer anyway but i would this to not affect tracking.
Can anyone shed some light if i should be concerned?

OP1 month agogreat thank you for replying, i thought id also speak to ebay customer service as well and they have released my funds today and its in my bank account as i type this, i probably should have done that sooner tbh. thanks again.
