Tracking shows 2 items as delivered, only 1 turned up
Really hoping someone can help. Bought a item and it went missing for a week with no updates on tracking, and then it got 'delivered' today, but it was a different item I'd ordered with a different tracking number on it. Both items have the exact same photo on the tracking, and ebay closed my item not recieved case since the tracking updated to delivered. I have no idea what to do, and how I can speak to someone at ebays side to show them this.

Mentor5 months agoAre they from the same seller? Can you open a "not received" case for the other one?
