Tracking says item delivered to another country - but eBay bots just says it's been over 30 days and I can't speak to anyone to actually help.
Buyer sent an item from Japan. It said it arrived but when I checked the tracking it said it had been delivered somewhere random in Japan. I contacted the buyer to say it hasn't arrived and asked for a refund but not received anything. Now I try to go through eBay and it says it's been over 30 days and I'm going round in circles and can't speak to anyone to get a refund. The tracking and the buyer confirm I don't have the item and I have a message thread from the buyer too.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf it was sent through GSP, then tracking would show as delivered to GSP centre in Japan.
It is then passed to UK courier.
Next time, make sure you open item not received case within 30 days and ignore seller excuses.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf it's more than 30 days it's too late for ebay but if it's less than 120 days contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
