Tracking number
Hi,
could someone please help me change a tracking number on an item that’s already been delivered? I sent item but did not use the prepaid label as I paid for postage myself so item would be delivered next day. The item lhas been confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail and the buyer but because I did not change the tracking number the funds can’t be released. Could I possibly get help with this please? Many thanks in advance.

Mentor6 months agoThis problem only happens with new sellers, once you have a track record and I believe it is 10 sales you will qualify for funds being released within 24 hours, but it is still up to you to withdraw to bank account.
If not withdrawn ebay automatically transfers balance quarterly on the first Tuesday in January, April, July and October.

·6 months agoYou can't change the tracking number if it was an item sold with Simple Delivery.
You will get paid but you will have to wait.
Your buyers can opt for Express Delivery if they want items in a hurry and you still get the benefits of Simple Delivery.
