Tracking not updated payment on hold

Question

I have sold an Item the customer as received it but the tracking hasn’t updated and my payment is on hold , I have confirmation it’s been received on a message from the seller . It’s been 14 days and my funds have not been released and I cannot find a way to get through to customer service,, any help would be appreciated

There may be other reasons for a longer payment hold, for example if you are a relatively new or infrequent seller.

It's not easy to contact an agent at CS, but go to Help & Contact top left of your eBay homepage, and keep typing in... speak to an agent , it can take quite a few attempts!

Best times are around 8 a.m. on weekdays when there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Give them the tracking and the date you have which shows delivery , ask if possible to release your payout now.
