Hey, been a while since I sold on eBay. Sold an item, it says pending payment until delivery. Fine, however the listing has auto populated a tracking for Royal Mail?? I've not even been to the post office yet or a drop off point? Is this all legit?

Has it popped the QR labels tracking in automatically?

If you haven't sold for a while , then best you take a look at how Simple Delivery works, link below.

There's been some big, big changes to what you were used to!

Simple Delivery is mandatory for all Private sellers, and once you open and buy the SD postage label, it marks the item dispatched. Some lightweight and overweight items, depending on category too, are exempt from SD, and Custom Postage shows as available. There you can select your own postal service /price.

Keep a check on eBay News >> Announcements, top left of this page, as there have been several changes updates to Simple Delivery. Not easy for anyone to keep up to be honest ! 🙄
