hi, i sold an item on ebay. i couldn't send the item with the postage QR code that ebay provided as the parcel was 1cm too large. i have sent the item off my own back and have managed to change the tracking number, but ebay status now dosn't think the parcel has been sent... even though its been delivered to buyer!? im now afraid ebay will take the money back.... please help!!

Mentor11 months agoOpen the original label and that will mark the item as dispatched.
