I sold an item and sent it via Ebay's tracked delivery system. The item is shown as delivered but the recipient says they didn't get and now they are raising a claim. What am I supposed to do?

Contact ebay about it. You can request a callback on here:https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid If you used Simple Delivery and ebay are accepting that the buyer did not receive it ebay should be issuing the refund themselves and you keep the payment. Check that is going to happen, and if not why not.
