Hi everyone,
I am having difficulty with a recent sale.
I recently (yesterday) sold a Scalextric car, I received the notification that it had sold and been paid for etc.
I was asked by the buyer to hold off posting it until the end of the week as they are away on holiday.
This was a promoted sale
So today I've gone to check the details and prepare the packing slip etc and I can't find anything regarding this sale.
The item is still showing as live and the buyer has had the money placed on pending by Google.
Anyone else had this happening how do I solve it as trying to get to talk to someone a Ebay customer services is impossible (automated chat bot is useless and sends you round in circles).

Mentor2 months agoCustomer Services cannot help you here, and it is very annoying when buyers do this buy then expect an item to be posted at a later date, which if you do, will incur a late delivery mark on your account.
Best way forward with the buyer's agreement, would be to cancel the order, selecting ' Buyer requests To Cancel', this fully refunds the buyer and your seller performance is not affected.
Then, relist when the buyer is back to receive their item, for them to buy and pay from you again.
