Total net sale and total withdrawal amount is not the same
Hi, ive recently started selling on ebay and the total amount sold (minus all fees) does not equal the total withdrawalable amount on my ebay account.
the withdrawal amount is significatly less than what the total sold is
Any help?

Mentor7 months agoWe have no access to your account so cannot see any breakdown of fees and payouts, or any postal charges made perhaps ?
Have you promoted items or added any of the following optional listing upgrades ?

Listing in 2 categories: 35p
Gallery Plus: £2.50 ( free for clothes and shoes)
Listings with duration 1 - 3 days 35p
As a tip, before clicking on the final List Item With Displayed Fees button, glance just above it, it should read £0.00 Listing Fee.
If there is a fee amount listed there, you have selected an upgrade, and if you wish, it gives you time to scroll up and remove the payable upgrade.
This will show you a breakdown of your payouts, eBay rarely get their payouts / fees wrong !

OP7 months agothis is the numbers which doesnt make sense (per sale i understand that fees are also deducted which im fine with but the amount aftyer all fees does not reflect on the amount withdrawable

Mentor7 months agoHave you added any of the optional listing upgrades as I've outlined above?
Have you unknowingly maybe promoted your items, on your breakdown of fees taken these show as ad fees.

·7 months agoYou are a private seller so you don't pay any fees.
It looks as if your larger sales are quite recent so your funds may simply be pending/on hold. As a fairly new seller, your funds may be held for up to 14 days.
Payments is a good place to start looking at what is happening.
You should be able to see the amount you have received in total, which is then broken down into what you can withdraw and pending payments.
Your items are sent with Ebay Simple Delivery. As long as you use the labels provided by Ebay, tracking is added automatically.
