Top too big and not as described
I purchased a top, it's too big and not as described, when I selected the return reason I've accidentally chosen doesn't fit. Due to this the seller as refused my request and closed the return request. I'm not stuck with a item of clothing that is too needed. Surely under consumer rights I'm entitled to a refund

Mentor7 months agoYou were if only you had used the reason "not as described" rather than "does not fit". Private sellers do not have to accept that. With eBay you get just one chance I'm afraid.
If it's really worth it you could use a legal route but - sadly - it's probably best to accept the matter as it stands.
You could try selling it [properly described of course] and "perhaps" karma will kick in.

Looks like it was private seller.
