Top-rated Seller but showing Ineligible for Advertising – Technical Issue

Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help or that an eBay staff member can escalate this.
My account (minsu-ltd) is a Top-rated Seller with the following metrics:
Transaction Defect Rate: 0.00%
Cases Closed Without Seller Resolution: 0.00%
Late Delivery Rate: 1.11%
Active Listings: 276
Listing Impressions: 1,057,748
Despite meeting all stated eligibility requirements, my Advertising Dashboard (ebay.co.uk/sh/ads/dashboard/ineligible) is showing me as ineligible for eBay Advertising solutions including Promoted Listings.
This appears to be a system error as my Seller Hub clearly confirms Top-rated Seller status both currently and in the next evaluation. I have screenshots of both pages as proof.
Has anyone experienced this? And can an eBay team member please look into this and escalate to the technical team?

Mentor4 months agoHave you read this, there are lot of regulations about items which can or cannot be sold. You might find an explanation in the ”small” print!
