Top Rated badge not showing on eligible listings after two weeks

Hi everyone,
My account is currently eligible for Top Rated Seller status, but the Top Rated badge is still not appearing on my eligible listings.
I have updated my listings to meet the requirements. I offer:
Free delivery
One working day dispatch
An express delivery option arriving within 48 hours
I have contacted eBay several times, but I keep being transferred between different teams. Each time, a support ticket is created and I am told to wait three days, but nothing happens. When I contact them again, the same process starts over.
This has now been going on for more than two weeks, and I feel like I am going around in circles. Has anyone experienced this before, and how did you get the badge activated on your listings?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Mentor3 weeks agoI have just randomly looked at three of your listings they all offer 2nd class postage. This wont do it needs to be 1st as delivery has to be within a certain time on TRS.

OP3 weeks agoHi, thanks for checking. The listing shows Second Class delivery as 2–3 working days, but the postage dropdown also offers First Class delivery with an estimated 1–2 working days for items under £10.

“Once you meet all these criteria, eBay will automatically upgrade you to Top Rated status on the 1st of the following month.”
