Mentor11 months agoBest to contact eBay Customer Services the correct way, shown below, to ensure they were the ones to make the call. Must say I find this rather odd receiving a phone call ,not a Call Back from CS ? 🤔
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open for ' live agents' 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I strongly recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning , 8 a.m. on weekdays, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
