Titre damage
bought the tire couple months ago I’ve only done 1000 miles if that and there is structural damage to the tire which is causing terrible vibration to the car and wondering where I stand to get my money back or a replacement

Ebay give you 30 days to return an item using the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, after that, it's between you and the seller.
As you have bought an item online which is not fit for purpose, your payment provider might be able to help.
