Tissot watch sent for repair under warranty turned out to be fake according to tissot

Hi there I would like to know what should I do.. I bought a Tissot PRX Rose gold with box no papers so the thing is I bought this watch in October and I found out later that the seconds hand seemed to get stuck around 7:40 and I later messaged Tissot if they can fix it(just so u know it got registered with my account) they said sure it’s under warranty so they sent me box and package so I thought when I have time I’ll send it but then I went on holidays during the end of December for 3 months ca...

Only other members reply in this forum, but the honest answer here is that Ebay give you 30 days to open a case and return an item and, after that, they are not interested and won't help you. Most payment providers (bank, credit card etc.) give you 120 days to start a claim if you buy an item online which is not what it claims to be so unfortunately, you are out of time with that route as well.
