Mentor2 weeks agoActually 'we' didn't, because we are not ebay. It looks like you are using Simple Delivery with the buyer paying the postage. In that case any unused labels get refunded automatically to the buyer.
Simple delivery only combines postage in specific circumstances, I suggest you read up on how it works.

Mentor2 weeks agoPlease be aware, you are not speaking to eBay here but to members like yourself.
You are a Private seller so combining postage is only made if the buyer before paying, places all items in their basket, then proceeding to eBay checkout, postage will be combined.
You have 2 choices now.
Either cancel the sale with the buyer's agreement, and relist all on one item for the buyer to buy and pay again. Cancel the item selecting ' Buyer Requests to Cancel', this fully refunds the buyer, and your seller performance is not affected.
Or, send the items together and buy your own over the counter postage. The drawback here is you'll only have tracking for one item so the potential of case for item not received to be made, and your payout would be held for a minimum of 14 days.
A refund is sent to whoever paid for the SD label:
If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days
If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
