Threats and offensive language policy
I received a message saying that activity on my account isn’t following policy, threats and offensive language.
Is this a scam I haven’t engaged in anything close to offensive or threatening.

Mentor6 months agoIf it was in your messages, then you would see ID of sender.
If not from ebay then you could report sender.
I also cannot see any negative feedback left! Could be you made a comment in this “feedback” which seller asked ebay to remove. Anything against policy would be removed and that could account for message, which is probably standard and may not be appropriate

In your emails? Or in your eBay messages ?
Did the message address you by your real name, or just by your username ID, if it did, this was a scam message.

OP6 months agoCould it be revenge for a negative review? Would eBay check to see if there were any threats or offensive messages etc as they would see I haven’t sent any.
